As a Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of the numbers, partnering with business managers, analysing performance against budgets, and explaining variances.
You'll be one of the more experienced Management Accountants working in a close-knit team.
Team-spirited: you'll understand the need to think about how your work impacts others in the team.
This successful business continues to scale at pace (current turnover is north of £80m). As such, you'll be naturally curious and happy working in a detailed, methodical manner.
You also need to be agile and accept that priorities change frequently as the business responds to opportunities and risks relevant to the business strategy.
You could be handling the month-end accounting one minute and dropping everything to address some analysis in response to a query from the Board the next, fully supported and learning on the job.
This promises to be a thrilling adventure for anyone who wants to experience the fun (and growing pains) of an entrepreneurial-led, rocket-fuelled business. No one here is just plodding along!!
The team works hard and plays hard. Aligned with the industry, they start early, at 8 a.m., but it's rare for anyone to work beyond 5 p.m.
Located in the stunning Cotswold Water Parks, this role offers the flexibility to work from home two days per week and free parking because finding a spot should be the least of your worries.
