As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operations of the office. You will be the first point of contact for clients and partners, providing them with outstanding service while assisting our team with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain and organise files and documents, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
