Our client is looking for an experienced hard working experienced valuer/lister to join their team in Cirencester.
Key Responsibilities - Lister/Valuer
- Property valuations
- Listings
- Client engagement to understand their property needs and to provide guidance throughout the buying or selling process
- Market Analysis
- Property Listings, taking photographs and writing of description
- Viewings
- Al administrative duties
Qualifications & Requirements - Lister/Valuer
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Estate Agent experience essential
- Fantastic negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Motivated, determined and hard working
- Passionate, caring and professional
- Good IT Skills
