Robert Half have partnered with a client near Cirencester to recruit for a Business Analyst on a permanent basis, paying up to £45,000 with hybrid working. You will be responsible for supporting the business on the delivery of business and technology change.
The Role
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Gathering, documenting and obtaining appropriate approval of requirements and business processes, including delivery of business analysis work estimates and planning support
- Investigation of issues requiring business analysis and leading business analysis workshops
- Identifying, developing and proposing recommendations for improvement
- Drive activity within Internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to deliver the right business outcomes
- Support testing, business implementation and training activities as required
About You
Applicants for the Business Analyst role will have:
- previous experience working as a Business Analyst in a similar role, preferably within a financial services environment
- understanding of the software development life-cycle
- ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- experience of new systems, new products and service launches
