Customer Service Team Leader

Our clients are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing team! They supply and manufacture high quality products.

Customer Service Team Leader Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance and lead the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members
  • Creating reports based on the performance of the customer service team, ready to be reported to higher management
  • Resolve escalated customer issues
  • Develop customer service policies and procedures

The ideal Customer Service Team Leader will:

  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Ideally managed teams of customer service agents
  • Worked within a manufacturing company previously (preferred)

Working Hours:

  • 24 Hours a Week
  • Core Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
  • Flexibility in working hours
