Marketing Manager - Part-Time

Our well established, high-end client are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis. This will be a permanent opportunity based in their offices located in the picturesque town of Cirencester.

Our client pride themselves on their passion and commitment to providing their customers with the best service and local knowledge possible.

Reporting to the Senior Partner, the ideal candidate will have a robust background in marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s diverse offerings and services. You will collaborate closely with their agency partner to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with clients through various marketing channels.

They are a small team therefore, a willingness to get stuck in is essential, as well as a good sense of humour and a love for the countryside!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand.

- Identify target audiences and create engagement strategies.

- Manage and update the company website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

- Oversee production of engaging content, such as blog posts, newsletters, showcasing company offerings and services.

- Implement and optimise digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, email marketing).

- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

- Coordinate professional photography and video content for company advert listings.

- Manage sponsorship, organisation, and participation of local events.

- Maintain and enhance the company brand image and voice across all marketing channels.

- Monitor competitors and market trends for strategic updates.

- Organise and manage client gifts to enhance client relationships.

- Regularly review and update contact lists to ensure accurate and effective communication.

- Liaise with external partners, including PR agencies and graphic designers, to create top-tier marketing materials.

- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.

- Prepare regular reports for team, including insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.

- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.

- Attend monthly meetings to review marketing strategies, progress, and performance.

Candidate Attributes:

- Proven experience in a marketing role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and PPC.

- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

- Knowledge of CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- A proactive approach to work with the ability to use your own initiative

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, 2 - 3 days per week (flexibility for the right individual)
