RME Consultants is delighted to be working with this reputable client based in Cirencester, who is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as an Art Sales Consultant.

Role: Art Sales Consultant
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 OTE £28,000 - £34,000 (uncapped)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Main Duties for the Art Sales Consultant:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a tailored, high-end shopping experience for every client, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term connections with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the luxury products offered, including materials, features, and brand history, to confidently advise clients.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Merchandising: Ensure the store is impeccably presented, with displays that showcase products effectively.
  • Stock Management: Assist with inventory control, ensuring accurate stock counts and replenishment of items.
  • Handle Transactions: Process purchases with precision, offering additional services such as gift wrapping or delivery where appropriate.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to create a supportive and productive team environment.
  • Assist in Events and Promotions: Support store events or promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
  • Maintain Brand Standards: Uphold the luxury brand image in all interactions and tasks.

Experience Required for the Art Sales Consultant:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for luxury brands and delivering a premium customer experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
