Our client is going through an exciting period of growth, and they’re looking to welcome a new Customer Service Executive to their team!

In this role, you will act as first point of contact for customers, assisting with queries, orders, and resolving any issues. Strong communication is key, and the successful candidate will need to have a knack for building rapport with customers.

Daily duties will include:

  • Liaising with customers via telephone, email, and online chat
  • Providing tailored solutions based on customer requirements
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and offering appropriate resolutions
  • Conducting follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Advising customers on product care and maintenance
  • Identifying opportunities for additional sales where possible

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience providing customer service in a contact centre, retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong attentional to detail and accuracy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
