£26,178 - £26,794 per annum, Full time 37 hours per week

Permanent, Cirencester

Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17:00

About the role…

Here at Publica we believe in giving the best service possible to our customers.

You will be the first port of call in helping our customers via telephone, email, online, web chat and face to face. In this key role you will provide flexible customer service support working in a busy contact centre, responding to a wide range of customer enquiries on virtually all services provided by the Council. You will need to be able to handle all enquiries with a positive helpful attitude.

You will need…
  • Excellent active listening skills that demonstrate a customer focus
  • The ability to multitask
  • Excellent ICT, keyboard skills and the ability to simultaneously use multiple Microsoft, Google and bespoke systems
  • Experience in a fast paced, high volume customer focused environment e.g. contact centres would be an advantage but not essential 
  • A minimum of 5 qualifications equivalent to NVQ level 2 or GCSE at Grade C/4 or above, must include Maths and English
