As a Service Advisor, for my client in Cirencester you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking service or repairs for their vehicles. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and professionally, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the service appointment calendar, ensuring optimal workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate Preparation: Accurately assess vehicle condition and provide detailed estimates for repairs and maintenance.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with customers, technicians, and other team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and inventory management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of automotive service procedures and terminology (preferred)
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g. Kerridge/Babbidge, Microsoft Office)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
