?? Basic Salary: Up to £40,000

?? OTE: £60,000+

? Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30AM - 6PM, 1 in 3 Saturdays

�? Accompany applicants on property viewings.

?? Handle telephone and email enquiries from applicants and vendors.

?? Register new enquiries and arrange appointments.

?? Follow up on all enquiries efficiently.

?? Negotiate sales and manage offers.

?? Generate a targeted number of viewings per week.

?? Manage sales progression, liaising with solicitors and all relevant parties.

??? Maintain accurate records of all activity.

�? Promote all company services to generate new instructions.

?? Demonstrate a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

?? Develop client relationships and secure future instructions.

? Provide a first-class level of customer service at all times.
