Our long-lasting client based in Cirencester are looking for Finance Director to join their team!
Head of Finance Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the finance department
- Overseeing financial operations
- Managing financial reports
- Lead the annual budgeting process across departments
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate financial performance and business outlook to shareholders
Head of Finance Ideal Candidate:
- Have a background within finance management
- Minimum of 5 years within finance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
