We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to exceeding performance indicators in sales, margins, and quote conversion. You will be instrumental in developing relationships with up to 250 existing tier 2 customer accounts, providing technical support, and promoting our competitive advantages.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Exceed monthly performance indicators including sales, margins, and quote conversion.
  • Proactively develop up to 250 existing (tier 2) customer accounts.
  • Analyse and manage your pipeline daily to maximize effectiveness.
  • Provide a proactive and consultative approach to customers on their choice of products and added value services.
  • Maximise supply chain opportunities to benefit customers and margins.
  • Evaluate competitors and promote our competitive advantages.
  • Provide leading technical support to customers.
  • Maintain customer records in the CRM, including communication visit reports, pipeline developments, price lists, and terms of trading.
  • Work to the quality standards and procedures.
  • Embrace and leverage the company’s continuous improvement culture.
