Holiday - 22 days plus BHHours - 8:30am - 5pm
Our client is a leading company based in a modern head office in South Cerney, near Cirencester and Swindon.
This is an exhilarating time to join the HR team as they continue their rapid growth, offering exciting opportunities for career advancement. The HR Administrator will report to the Senior HR manager and work within the HR team to ensure weekly deadlines are met.
The duties of the HR Administrator are not just essential, but also integral to the day-to-day running of the business. Your role will directly affect the organisation's productivity and success, making you a valued member of our team.
The successful candidate will be a determined, proactive, organised individual with a good sense of humour and can work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding administration for staff, including but not limited to:
- Right to Work checks, ensuring contracts are issued and signed, gathering references,
- General administration for operatives, including but not limited to rate changes, employment letters, holiday requests
- Liaising between HR, Operations, Payroll, Recruitment and Training to ensure the correct paperwork is supplied to ensure weekly payroll processes run smoothly
- Dealing with HR inbox queries
- Updating personnel information
- Dealing with general queries from construction operatives working on site
- Any other duties as required and requested.
Desirable Skills:

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident talking to internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone
- Previous office admin experience is desirable
