Salary: Up to £30,000 – Dependant on experience.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.

You will be working within the Gloucestershire region from the Cheltenham office supporting the sales team and providing excellent service to landlords and tenants. Working Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm and a starting salary off up to £30,000 this is an excellent opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with property showcasing.
  • Register rental property details onto in-house software system.
  • Ensure full and complete records are kept both in relation to the Tenant and Landlord.
  • Liaise with both Tenants and Landlords in relation to viewings and follow ups.
  • Continue business growth by actively networking.
  • General Administration.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Full UK Driving Licence is a MUST.
  • Experience within property is preferable but definitely not essential.
  • Good sense of character.
  • Good communication skills via phone and email.
  • People person.
  • Willing to work alone and as part of a team.
