What's involved?
As a Senior Sous Chef you will be responsible for managing one of four kitchen sections, taking instructions from the Head Chef. A passion for culinary excellence will need to be a key part of your ethos to thrive in this kitchen. Ensuring the workplace is clean and tidy while also working collaboratively and efficiently to provide a smooth service.
