Telecoms Infrastructure Engineer

Cirencester

£28k - £32k D.O.E

Company Van when out on site

9AM – 5PM Monday to Friday

Office/Home/Field Based.

25 days holiday + bank holidays

As a Telecoms infrastructure engineer, you’d be responsible for the IT and Telecoms hardware and software support, whether that be across the area’s of, Telephony, Office 365, Cyber Security, Telecoms Hardware,  or Wifi

Key Responsibilities

Operating 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, supporting our base of SME customers in any area needed.

Going out on customer sight when needed and resolving Hardware/Software issues.

Being the voice of the company, and speaking to customers on the phone and face to face when needed.

Experience Required:

Experience working in a 1st and 2nd line position, and experience working in Telephony and IT.

System experience including, Gamma Horizon, Office 365 is essential

Experience with Baracuda Cybersecurity preferred but not essential

Experience in installing and maintenance and Telecoms services – field based
