One of Cirencester’s leading employers is looking for a Technology Administrator to join their technology Service Support team. This role offers excellent progression opportunities within an industry-leading, multinational business.

Offering £12 an hour rising to £13.74, plus holiday pay, the role is ideal for someone with customer service and administration experience.  This role is initially for 6 months with the potential to extend.

As Technology Administrator, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for all queries relating to access and logging into systems
  • Processing requests and managing the ticket system
  • Entering data to provide access for workers across our clients system

We would love to hear from you if you have the following requirements:

  • An organised and disciplined approach to work
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Typing proficiency for email and Microsoft Word communications
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft; Word, Outlook and Excel
  • The ability to problem-solve effectively
  • Beneficial but not essential, experience or interest in a technology role

The Role:

As Technology Administrator, you will be working within a team responsible for the user access provisioning processes in what systems can be accessed and used by; company employees, Partners, Partner Support staff and third parties. This is a temporary role, based in the company’s beautiful Cirencester offices.

As Technology Administrator, you will be trained and supported by a highly knowledgeable team. You will be a key member of the team, providing highly valued support.
