IT Field EngineerCirencesterUp to £40,000

We're looking for a skilled IT Technical Support Engineer who is adept at setting up office networks, including LAN cabling and configuring connections to source cabinets. You should be able to work independently on-site, proficient in building and optimising network infrastructure, organising network cabinets, and configuring associated hardware.

Role Overview:

As part of their MSP support desk, you’ll manage a range of products including Gamma Horizon, Unified Communications, Connectivity, mobile airtime, remote desktop support, and Microsoft 365.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing support tickets and ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Communicating updates during incidents and bridging gaps between customers and technical teams.
  • Supporting sales teams and identifying new opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in technical support.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with remote desktop support, Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, firewalls, and telecommunications systems.
  • Familiarity with UC/Horizon configuration, WLR, and connectivity setup.
