A well-established legal practice with multiple offices in the Cotswold’s is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their office Cirencester. The team and wider firm are recognised for their high-quality work.

Duties will include:

  • Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and corporate governance documents.
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and prepare related documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on transactions.
  • Active involvement within business development

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Corporate fee earning experience essential 5 years+ PQE
  • Have very high level of technical competence
