We are seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary to join our team in the beautiful Cotswolds. This role is ideal for someone with experience in conveyancing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in managing legal documentation and client communications.
Depending on the busy workload, you will be required to help cover other departments when necessary.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Transcribe digital dictations accurately and efficiently.
- Type and amend legal documents with high attention to detail.
- Manage diaries for solicitors, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals via telephone and email, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Manage files effectively, keeping records organised and up-to-date.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance office efficiency.
- Collaborate and assist across all departments within the firm as required, promoting a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working within a conveyancing department is highly desirable.
