I am assisting my client, a successful regional contractor specialising in new build and civil engineering projects up to 20m in value. They currently have a freelance requirement for a Site Manager to join a commercial scheme in Swindon to oversee an external works package, including groundworks and earthworks packages.

The successful candidate will hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Additionally, experience of managing similar packages as No1 or No2 would be desirable. Duties will include:

Managing the development in line with programme and budget
Managing site teams and subcontractors
Ensuring full health and safety compliance, including the latest Covid-19 regulations
Reporting to a Project Manager and client liaison
