The Marketing function sits alongside their in-house, creative agency to service the various brands, globally. You’ll have a world-class creative team to call upon, as well as a CMO, Performance Marketing team, and other Marketing Executives working in collaboration. We’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive looking to take their next step in a fast moving global technology business. You will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of social media profiles, managing paid media campaigns, and ensuring the business’s presence on review and company information sites is accurate and up-to-date. You’ll also support the brand and content teams in the creation and publication of content across numerous brand websites.This role requires a good knowledge of digital marketing best practices, understanding of the importance of brand reputation online and a willingness to collaborate and work in a diverseglobal team.This is a huge opportunity and will be well-suited to an experienced marketing professional who has worked in a fast-growth Tech, Web or IT.   • Keep a portfolio of social media pages up to date, through the publication of content and promotions developed with the marketing and content teams.
  • Escalate customer communications to the right people in the support and customer care teams.
  • Monitor social media analytics, report on page performance and adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Review and Company Information Sites:
  • Monitor and manage our presence on review platforms (e.g., Google My Business, Trustpilot, product review websites).
  • Ensure our company information is accurate and up-to-date on industry directories and company information websites.

Content Creation:

  • Assist our brand and content teams in the creation of high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, infographics, videos) to support our marketing efforts.
  • Work with our partner agencies to ensure that their deliverables meet the required standards and are aligned to the strategy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop content calendars and ensure consistency.

Paid Media & Influencer Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns on social platforms like Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Coordinate sponsored content opportunities with relevant influencers for the Tech / Web / IT sector (e.g. Bloggers, TikTokers, Twitch streamers, etc.)
  • Deploy tests and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad copy and landing pages.

What experience you’ll need

  • Existing experience in digital marketing or Digital PR, with a strong focus on social media, content, review sites or affiliates, and paid media.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
