We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to be the driving force behind the marketing efforts by developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns which align with the business goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of marketing to help drive greater market awareness, customer engagement and new business leads across four brands.Â
Our client is working in the exciting renewable sector across B2B and B2C. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in consultancy, development, asset management, investment, construction, installation and agri-tech. The broad skillset, enthusiasm and depth of knowledge have led to an impressive track record in the sector. The team are knowledgeable, friendly, diligent and hard-working.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plan to promote our services through digital and traditional channels across B2B and B2C with an objective to drive leads and brand awareness.
- Identify key target audiences and design strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts to increase brand visibility across four brands.
- Compelling content creation, including blog posts, articles, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, customer insights and competitor activities.
- Update WordPress CMS for each company.
- Implement and optimise digital campaigns, including PPC, SEO and email marketing initiatives.
- Manage and analyse marketing performance, generating reports for decision-making.
- Manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and ensure marketing initiatives are integrated.
- Event management, including planning, coordination and promotion for trade shows and promotional events.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on various platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
Experience and Personal Attributes
- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) as a Marketing Executive or a related role.
- Integrated background experience across B2B and or B2C.
- A creative mindset and a passion for marketing.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with WordPress CMS.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with robust time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write content of a high standard.
- Natural collaboration skills as well as the capability of working well on their own.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, marketing tools and software.
- Willingness to learn new skills and a can-do attitude.
- Interest in renewable energy.
