We are working with a company who are one of the best in the business, they have a thriving and incredible team and working with some of the world’s biggest businesses within the FMCG, Luxury, Technology and Retail sectors.  About the Role - They are looking for an Account Director to join one of their teams in Cirencester on a 1 Year FTC and work on a well-known brand/account. You will have a fantastic understanding of how CRM works and fits into the overall marketing mix as well as a strong understanding of data/insights. As an established Account Director, you will of managed teams as well as worked on delivery of technical campaigns.  Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage a team.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Manage work streams.
  • Translate client technical requirements into technical briefs for developers.
  • Able to be hands on with delivery of technical campaigns.
  • Manage third party relationships.
  Required Skills
  • Fantastic knowledge of Email Marketing.
  • Incredible knowledge of CRM and how it fits into the overall marketing mix.
  • Strong understanding of Data (Data segmentation, Databases, SCVs etc)
  • Able to hold conversations with C-suite clients and confident in talking through technical briefs.
  • Strong team management skills.
