Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator

This is a full-time, permanent position for a Sheet Metal Fabricator with an annual salary of up to £26,000. Working a permanent day shift Monday - Friday, this position is based in Cirencester and includes a range of attractive company benefits.

As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will play a vital role in our state-of-the-art sheet metal facility. We are looking for dedicated individuals with the knowledge and skills to set up sheet metal machinery. A strong understanding of sheet metal drawings, various insert types, and materials is essential for success in this role. You will have the opportunity to produce high-quality products for our customers and will be expected to adhere strictly to work instructions and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to meet our quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating the machines, sorting, and organising stock, and ensuring that all production requirements are met. Flexibility is key, as you may need to adapt to workflow changes and assist with various tasks within the facility. A commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be responsible for following all health and safety policies and procedures at all times.In addition to your primary duties, you will also participate in the maintenance of machinery, performing daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will be encouraged to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and to maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
