**Key Responsibilities:**

- Accurately input timesheet data to ensure smooth payroll operations.- Serve as the first point of contact for operative queries via phone or email, providing exceptional customer service.- Monitor and report on missing timesheets, actively following up with the Operations team to resolve any issues.- Collaborate with the Operations team to tackle timesheet queries or errors efficiently.- Provide essential administrative support, including managing outgoing post, overseeing email inboxes, and handling correspondence.- Assist in addressing audit requests and queries.- Support the Payroll Manager and Payroll Supervisor with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to speak to a diverse range of people over the phone.- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel is a must.- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
