The role:

Thrive Education is proud to announce that we're supporting a fantastic school in the South Cotswolds with a Class Teaching position for the remainder of the academic year.

The role will involve delivering the national curriculum to a smaller than average class size of Year 3/4 pupils: 24 to be precise.

The school

The school welcomes their diverse community and embraces its unique location. On your walk/drive to school, you will pass paddocks with grazing sheep and goats. In the spring, you can hear them bleat whilst they play in the surrounding fields.

The school has large grounds. You will find: a sports pitch, a trike track, a climbing frame, an outdoor gym, a Reflection Garden, an allotment, a large field, a running track and an extensive space dedicated to Forest School. There are even zoned areas where children can be creative, develop resilience and learn how to respect nature.

What the school are looking for:

- Someone who is genuinely passionate about teaching and learning.- A creative, inspirational class teacher with experience in the relative age groups (mixed year groups are desirable)- Someone with high expectations of pupil achievement and progress, and of pupil behaviour.- Someone who will play an active part in all aspects of the school community.
