Our client is seeking an ambitious Paralegal to join their Private Client team. with previous experience under your belt, this is a brilliant opportunity to progress within a legal company, work with a wide range of clients and learn from experienced and reputable colleagues.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Assisting with the preparation and supervising the execution of Wills as well as Probatedealing with estates
  • Liaising with clients and answering general queries via email, over the phone and face-to-face
  • Registering and drafting of LPAs and EPAs Administering liquidation of assets, preparing estate accounts and distribution of the estate

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Law degree - ideally LLB, LLM, LPC or Cilex Experience - Private Client experience a plus
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £30,000depending on experience.
