Hybrid working 2-3 days in the office in Cirencester and Witney

Salary up to £29,476.00 per annum depending on experience

The Service Delivery Coordinator role provides tactical support to the group, in delivering its strategic objectives, projects and financial/people processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations
  • Developing check in meetings, standups and plans to make sure we gather appropriate information and hit timescales for feeding into the budget cycle.
  • Ensuring that all necessary resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, are allocated appropriately
  • Monitoring the progress of delivering objectives, including the early identification of bottlenecks or obstacles, and take proactive measures to address them
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to service delivery, risk and resources. This will include service agreements, project plans, risk registers and calendars.

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • A minimum qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3 or A level, and/or three years relevant experience
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent to grade C/4 or higher
  • Ability to build customer relationships
  • Knowledge and experience in assessing complex situations and carrying out inspections if and when required
  • Ability to remain calm and confident when dealing with challenging customers and environments
  • Ability to resolve complex issues by negotiation
  • Mentor and train colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records
  • Deliver commitments and take ownership of own caseload, reshaping of plans to deliver required outcomes
  • Demonstrate commitment and resilience to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively Competent in using a range of technology and software packages, including Microsoft and Google

Desirable Skills/Abilities

  • Experience working with internal/external customers, partners/clients and elected members
