Role Overview
The Residential Property Manager will be responsible for assisting with the management of circa 100 multi-location residential properties. To provide first class service to both clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be Arla or AssocRics or willing to work towards or equivalent qualification
- Liaising with and acting as the main point of contact for tenants, occupiers and contractors on maintenance issues and organising timely repairs via work orders
- To co-ordinate and undertake annual property inspections for both let and vacant properties and completion of associated inspection reports.
- Assisting with ad-hoc licences such as garages, buildings and gardens.
- To undertake full process of taking back properties back in hand to include, marketing, tenancy agreements and carrying out and concluding new viewings. Â
Key Skills
- Must be ARLA or AssocRics qualified or willing to work towards one of these qualifications
- Experience in in residential management and lettings
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
- Must be self-motivated and be able to as well as be a team player
- Must hold a full driving licence.
Team OverviewSitting as part of the Rural Estate Management team the successful candidate will be working with a fast pace and friendly team of five.
