Associate Director - Benefits:
- £38,000 basic salary
- £70,000 OTE (uncapped)

Associate Director - Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new business
- Analysis of market and customer needs and selling to those needs
- Analyse marketing, set and implement plan to hit yearly targets
- Carry out valuations
- Assist Directors with staff development to maximise business opportunities
- Business strategy and planning
- Ensure compliance with estate agency legislation
Associate Director - Experience needed:
- Proven background in estate agency and track record in a senior role
- Experience in conducting sales valuations with a strong track record of winning listings
- Full knowledge of sales progression
- Previous experience with estate agency software
- Full UK driving licence is essential
