The ideal Property Administrator candidate will have the following attributes:
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills

  • Creating Property Valuation Reports
  • Conducting research on subject property
  • Making inspection notes
  • Client support
  • Creation of appointments, meetings, lunches, seminars etc using Outlook/Teams
  • Timesheet management
  • Answering phones
  • Drafting commission fees
  • Specific Admin support
  • Taking messages
