The ideal Property Administrator candidate will have the following attributes:
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Well organised with a strong ability to multi-task
- IT literate and competent with Microsoft Office
- Fantastic communication skills including written and verbal
- Able to take responsibility
A successful Property Administrator candidate will obtain these responsibilities:
- Creating Property Valuation Reports
- Conducting research on subject property
- Making inspection notes
- Client support
- Creation of appointments, meetings, lunches, seminars etc using Outlook/Teams
- Timesheet management
- Answering phones
- Drafting commission fees
- Specific Admin support
- Taking messages
