Based in Cirencester, our client is an industry-leading, multinational business. Seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their in-house talent team, this role is ideal for someone with a base knowledge of recruitment, or looking to expand their career in recruitment / HR.

Initially a 3-month temporary contract, this role offers £12-£13.50 per hour (depending on experience) plus holiday pay. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am -5pm, with hybrid working 3 days per week from home.

As Recruitment Administrator, you will:

  • Manage end to end interview booking process
  • Uploading CVs to internal ATS (Application Tracking System)
  • Responsible for recruitment internal mailbox
  • Assist with right to work (RTW) calls and validation of correct documentation
  • Support Head of Interim Hires on team project administration
  • Responsible for managing interview notes and the internal job board

We would love to hear from you, if you have the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar recruitment or HR role
  • Understanding of the importance of Diversity & Inclusion within the hiring process
  • Confident problem solver, but not afraid to seek help when necessary
  • Experienced in all Microsoft packages, including diary management

The Role:

As HR and Recruitment Administrator, you’ll spend your days working with a friendly and supportive team, contributing to the completion of daily administrative tasks. From liaising with applicants and managing the end to end interview booking process, to ensuring documentation is up to date and accurately logged, this is great opportunity to gain experience working for a leading employer.

Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay, and, if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, you will be opted into our pension scheme.
