Join a dynamic and experienced recruitment and operations team in an incredibly fast-paced environment! We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant, preferably with experience in construction, to help us meet our client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit blue-collar labor in alignment with requirements.

- Collect and present all necessary training and qualifications in line with role expectations.

- Collaborate with the operations team to understand upcoming projects and recruitment needs.

- Ensure candidates provide the relevant documentation as per client guidelines.

- Build and maintain relationships with external key account managers on job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

- Utilise social media channels, specifically LinkedIn and Facebook, to advertise vacancies effectively.

- Maintain a confident telephone manner when communicating with clients and candidates.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in recruitment/resourcing within a fast-paced agency environment is beneficial.

- Ability to manage workload effectively while meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple requests.

- Construction experience is advantageous but not essential.

- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

- A fantastic team player who is willing to assist others whenever required.
