Our fantastic Cirencester-based client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on an initial 3-month temporary contract. Supporting with a variety of recruitment tasks.

Offering £12 per hour, plus holiday pay, you will initially based in the beautiful Cirencester office, with the ability to work from home up to three times per week post training.

As Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the recruitment inbox, handling enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Managing the booking of interviews, ensuring appointments are booked at appropriate times.
  • Liaising with external agency partners, senior stakeholders and candidates.
  • Processing offers and generating regular reports.
  • Ensuring the ATS is fully up-to-date and maintaining accurate records.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work at pace, confidently managing inboxes and diaries.
  • Recruitment Administration, or similar HR position desirable.

The role

As Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be reactive and resilient, providing essential administrative support to the wider Recruitment Team. From managing task allocation to coordinating interviews and processing offers, your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key to ensuring smooth operations.

Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay and, if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, and be opted into our pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have gone on to secure long-term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.
