Key Responsibilities of the Senior Recruitment Administrator include:

  • Reviewing & updating candidate CVs
  • Arranging candidate interviews
  • Diary management
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Updating databases & maintaining inhouse systems
  • Ad hoc duties, such as compiling reports, as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Resilient, with a friendly and team-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Confident user on MS office – Word, Excel and Outlook
