The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or a high-performing Recruitment Consultant ready to step up. Based in the Cirencester office, you’ll drive the recruitment division’s growth while leveraging an established client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 recruitment, focusing on roles within Sales, Electronics, Engineering, or related technical/professional services sectors.
- Building and maintaining client relationships, with an emphasis on business development.
- Developing a strong talent pipeline to meet client needs.
- Leading by example and preparing to take on managerial responsibilities as the business grows.

- Proven experience in a full 360 recruitment role within technical, professional services, IT, or engineering sectors.
