This Customer Account Manager role will have the following responsibilities:
- Deal with Customer Queries and provide Quotations
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Negotiate prices and discounts with the customer
- Handle all after sales calls for internal and external customers
- Full investigation and closure of Corrective Action, ensuring preventative actions have taken place to avoid problem replication.
- Plan, organise and communicate return of product
The ideal candidate for this Customer Account Manager role will have the following skills:
- Flexibility
- Previous experience within customer service is essential
- Previous experience quoting customers and managing post sale relationships
- Exposure logging customer journeys through a CRM
- Previous experience working within a team
- Keen to learn and develop within the role
- A full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
