Mortgage and Protection Advisor - Cirencester / Faringdon - £40k package (Negotiable dependent on experience)
An opportunity to join a leading independent Estate Agency who have been established for many years across the area. Due to their new exciting venture into the world of mortgages and financial services which has become so busy very quickly, they require a second advisor to help support the growth journey and the scaling up of their new mortgage business.
Ideally based out of the Cirencester or Faringdon office but other office locations will also be considered. Other offices are in Cheltenham, Tetbury, Nailsworth and Stroud.
Leads will be supplied from the offices, but self-generation of business will also be required.
Initially the admin will be done by the advisor, but compliance will be outsourced.
Experience of 'whole of market' advice is important, along with being a qualified CeMap mortgage and protection advisor to work under our appointed representative network.
Some hybrid/WFH will be available but office presence will be required to support training and developing of estate agency teams.
A guaranteed commission structure will be put in place for the first 6 months.
The position includes 24 days holiday, a pension contribution, additional holiday for long service, an employee assistance programme, and a partnership style company profit share scheme.
