Travel Product Consultant CirencesterUp to £40,000pa DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a reputable, high-end travel company in Cirencester! As a Travel Product Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and developing compelling travel experiences, ensuring they align with both commercial goals and the company's sustainability objectives. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for travel will be essential.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing and developing high-end experiences and properties that resonate with the company’s luxury client base
  • Ensuring that all experiences meet sustainability criteria and align with the company’s brand values and marketing briefs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to secure the best commercial terms and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to provide engaging content for website, social campaigns, and offline materials
  • Assisting with the administration and creation of group tours and charters in collaboration with the Director
  • Communicating updates to the sales team and organising training sessions to keep everyone informed
  • Assisting with data collection from hotels and cruise companies to accurately calculate the carbon footprint of our holidays

About you:

  • Prior experience working within the high-end, tailor-made travel industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers and colleagues
  • Strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • A strong appreciation for sustainability and its importance in the travel industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Africa, with both travel experience and a background in working with African suppliers would be highly advantageous
  • Experience in sourcing and formatting images
