The Sous Chef will be supporting the onsite Head Chef withthe day to day running of the kitchen with a team of 14. The Sous Chef will be supporting the team with the production of some of the best Hospitality and Staff Dining offers in London.
Producingoutstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly prestigious site. This is an excellent role for an ambitious Sous Chef to show off and utilise skills of bold flavours, seasonal menu creation and presentation.
