Subject Access Request SAR Administrator

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Subject Access Request Administrator with our client in Glenochil. This is a full time positions working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. If you are an experienced Administrator, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload then this is the role for youMain duties:* Manage caseload of SAR as they come in* Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders* Information gathering as required* Deal with queries around SAR * Manage busy email inbox, responding to queries and delegating emails where appropriate* Dealing with inbound calls to the department, answering queries or redirecting callsSkills/experience:* Previous experience of dealing with GDPR would be an advantage, but not essential* Good working knowledge of MS packages, in particular Outlook/Word/Excel* Highly organised with great attention to detail* Ability to prioritise workload * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
