Day to Day of the Role:

• Leading on Residential Conveyancing matters with the opportunity to involve yourself in Commercial and Private Client work if desired.
• Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Providing legal advice to clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Drafting, reviewing, and amending the legal documentation involved in property transactions.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
• Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in property law.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
• Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing - will consider from NQ Level and above. 
• Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
