iMultiply are working in partnership with an organisation in Stirlingshire who are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.

This is a full time opportunity, 35 hours per week, based on site and starts immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the fees ledger, including management of billing, collation of outlays, issuing direct debits, and reconciling accounts.
  • Manage bad debt control and maintain strong, positive relationships with fee payers.
  • Work alongside the Finance Manager to maintain and oversee the nominal ledger.
  • Carry out regular monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in account checks.
  • General administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Possess an Accounting Technician qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven background in a financial role
  • Strong understanding of billing procedures, issuing direct debits, and reconciliation, along with debt control and proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
