Service LeaderClackmannanshire£28,500 - £30,000About the RoleReporting into the Senior Service Leader you will lead a team of support workers to ensure the people my client support are provided with the care they need to live as independently as possible. You will make a real difference to people's lives, dedicated to providing bespoke care packages allowing them to live life to its fullest.This role is perfect for an experienced health and social care individual ready to progress their career into management. Responsibilities*Lead the service to meet the requirements of the service users, encouraging and supporting them in living as independently as possible*Review care plans, ensuring they are being adhered to and carried out effectively*Support in the professional development of your team and ensuring they are motivated to contribute to the services functions *Identify areas for improvement within the service to create improvement plans *Monitor KPI's*Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families and external stakeholders*Support in budget management*Support in legal, risk and compliance managementQualifications and Experience*SVQ3 at a minimum or equivalent*Leadership experience *Previous experience in a service supporting individuals with learning disabilities *Experience working to Care Inspectorate standards*Experience working alongside multi-disciplinary teams
