This is an excellent opportunity to become a Registered Manager of a Children's home which provides care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties aged 8-17 years. We require a registered manager for a 3 bed home in Clacton.

Role:We are looking for a Registered Manager or a Deputy who is prepared to step up, who can create a home for our children, and enable positive significant Outcomes.As the Manager, not only is your duty of care to the children, but also to the team of adults working within the home. Being able to inspire, communicate, stay calm under pressure and stay positive when plans get derailed is key in ensuring your team is working effectively.

Requirements:? Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children? Have at least two years in a role supervising staff? Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Or equivalent)? Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or be prepared to acquire within 2 years)? Have held a GOOD or OUTSTANDING grade within recent Ofsted Inspections? Hold a driving licence?
