Duties and Responsibilities
*Adhere to all business health, safety, and environmental policies.
*Set up and run allocated power presses and associated tooling effectively.
*Follow company quality procedures to ensure products meet customer requirements consistently.
*Read and understand product/gauge technical drawings.
*Utilize production measuring equipment accurately.
*Collaborate with technical and toolroom teams for trial tools, modifications, and repairs.
Hours of Work:
Split Shift (Weekly Cycle):
Week 1:
Mon - Thu: 05:30 - 14:00 (-hour lunch)
Fri: 05:30 - 12:30
Week 2:
Mon - Thu: 13:30 - 22:00 (-hour dinner)
Fri: 12:00 - 19:00
Training: 2-3 months on day shift before moving to split shift.
Salary:
Once on split shift:
20 hours at 11.85/hour
19 hours at 15.80/hour
Experience:
*Experience operating and maintaining basic power presses.
*Ability to interpret technical drawings and use basic measuring equipment.
*Understanding of quality control procedures.
Training: Full training provided.
