Contract Details: Temporary (potential to lead to a Permanent contract). Immediate start

If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, our client is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Planning Department, assisting with forecasting, monitoring trends, and ensuring orders are processed accurately.

Our client values individuals who are motivated, analytically minded, and keen to learn and progress. Proficiency in Excel, SKU management, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Planning Department by assisting with forecasting and monitoring trends.
  • Utilise Excel spreadsheets to track SKU's on a weekly basis.
  • Send relevant information to customers in a timely manner.
  • Process orders using the SAP programme and maintain accurate stock sheets in Excel.
  • Flag items that are not in stock to ensure efficient order fulfilment.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and managing SKU's.
  • Customer service-oriented with a keenness to learn and progress.
  • Motivated and able to work independently.

Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 7:30am-4:30pm)

This is a temporary position, with the potential to be offered a permanent contract. The hourly rate is 12-12.50ph, and you'll also enjoy holiday, pension, and Adecco benefits.
